For a blog, you can track who and what reads the resource, and for online stores, you can track conversion rates and the “sales funnel”. There is basic functionality for analyzing other sites. Free.

Open Web Analytics(OWA) ─ is a very popular web analytics system today that is open source. This service allows website creators to see detailed reporting information about their website traffic in the form of tables, graphical drawings and charts. This tool is also open source (OSS).

The OWA ─ has source code that is available for anyone to view, and this allows them to refine the open source program or simply explore all of its components.

OWA runs as an application or program. To upload the service to your website, you need to know what programming is and be able to work with it.

Benefits of Open Web Analytics:

Detailed information about the guests of the page or site:
what browser the user came from
what links or pages he looked at
How long his visit lasted
Does not set limits on the amount of data
Tracks movements and clicks
No usage fees

Of the minuses:

Takes some time to download and install
Does not have a mobile version

OWA also has new features:

It can be used to set and store about five custom properties on all tracked events (number of views, sessions, clicks, event actions, etc.) custom properties on all tracked events (number of views, sessions, clicks, event actions, etc.). Custom variables can be set for a single tracking request, across all requests that make up a single visit session.

Segmentation – You can now generate result sets for a specific segment of your visitors. Segmentation is applied to the result set before any filtering or grouping. Segmentation can only be applied to result sets using the Data Access API.

Live View ─ You can turn any reports into “live” dashboards that will constantly update themselves, and show how new tracking events occur.

Filtering of result sets is always possible by applying restrictions through the data access API.

The number of parameters and indicators that can be combined to create result sets has been greatly expanded.

It is also possible to use a subset of tracking modes in OWA. For example, you can now just use OWA to track clicks and generate heat maps, or just to record and playback mouse movements.

You can now anonymize IP addresses by removing the last octet before saving them to the database. Anonymization can be managed through a common configuration interface and configuration settings.

There are still many new dimensions that have been added. There is the ability to restrict access to reports and user data by site.

OWA was created by Peter Adams, and has been deployed to thousands of Web sites and thousands of developers.

OWA is written in PHP and practices a MySQL database, making it compatible to interface with AMP on various web servers. OWA is comparable to other analytical tools, although OWA is server-based software. Each site owner can deploy it on their own host. OWA supports tracking with WordPress and MediaWiki, two popular Web sites. This application helps you track and monitor the influx of views on your site. The program also tracks your competitors and your company’s growth compared to others.

In addition to the classic tracking features, OWA comes with built-in support for user tracking. OWA offers Javascript and PHP trackers, and supports e-commerce tracking, campaign tracking, and action tracking.

The service’s maintenance status is actively maintained. It is under active development. 57 sites currently report using the module. Downloads total 4,117,000. The last change was executed on December 2, 2014.

Adobe Analytics https://www.at-counter.biz/en/adobe-analytics/ Mon, 10 May 2021 00:51:32 +0000 https://www.at-counter.biz/?p=52 Gives you global site statistics that you can work with in the program's four interfaces.

Gives you global site statistics that you can work with in the program’s four interfaces. Reports & Analytics displays reports and summary tables. The Ad Hoc Analysis Java interface will display any level of detail in the statistics data in a couple of clicks. Report Builder will load the data into Excel tables. Data Warehouse unloads data into large CSV-format tables. There is a demo version. Price is negotiable.

Adobe Analytics (standard) is a package of enterprise-level solutions for collecting and working with website statistics, as well as professional customer support. Adobe Analytics allows you to get a variety of statistical reports without delays and restrictions, which helps:

  • improve marketing activity by finding the most effective sources of traffic in terms of sales, leads or other business objectives;
  • Improve understanding of your users by identifying the most loyal audience segments;
  • Increase the effectiveness of your website by adjusting it and your advertising activity according to the data you receive.

Want to understand performance metrics with Adobe Analytics? Send us an application to learn more.

No limits

One of the main benefits of paid analytics systems is the absence of the usual limitations on the amount of data sent and processed. The Adobe Analytics user pays for the queries the counter sends to Adobe’s servers, and then can work with that data without the sampling, row combining, and other limitations common to free web analytics systems. The absence of restrictions allows you to quickly get a report on any small sample of data.

Four interfaces in one product

Adobe Analytics Suite has four different interfaces designed for different analytical tasks. And there’s an API you can use to upload your own data.

Reports & Analytics

Reports & Analytics is the main web interface of the system. It contains all customized reports and data summaries. It’s flexible enough to easily view detailed information by segment or additional parameters.

Ad Hoc Analysis

Ad Hoc Analysis is a java interface designed for in-depth web analytics work. Allows you to go through almost any level of detail in a few clicks.

Report Builder

Report Builder is an add-in for Microsoft Excel that allows you to offload data from Adobe into tables. This format is ideal for creating permanent reports and data summaries. Excel allows you to configure almost any format of data presentation (to brand the bulletins), and also contains its own capabilities for data processing (including the integrated programming language Visual Basic for applications). Thus, once you set up some data summary for reporting in the approved form, all data in it can be updated with a single click.

Data Warehouse

Data Warehouse is an interface designed for offloading the largest reports. These reports can contain hundreds of thousands of rows of data or more – too much to work in Excel or a web interface. Adobe Analytics allows you to offload data of such volumes in csv format for further processing. Due to large volumes, it takes some time to build reports using this interface. After the file is prepared, it is sent to the specified email. Periodic report generation is supported (e.g., daily).
